Superbowl Snacks
I will be honest, I LOVE football and I get a little bit sad when Superbowl Sunday rolls around. Why, you ask? Because I know that it is going to be another 6 months before football is back.
Although I know the season is coming to an end, I do get excited about all things Superbowl. From the game, to the commercials, to the half time show - there is so much excitedment for 4-5 hours. But let's be honest, the best part is the FOOD!!!
I have one of my FAVORITE appetizers that I want to share with you guys, First things first, I like simple recipes. Quick and easy is how I like to "cook". Secondly, and most importantly, it has to taste delicious! So without further ado, here you go!!!
The first recipe I am going to share is known as "Gabe Dip" as my friend, Gabe threw it together. It has quickly become a hit and can be found served at most small gatherings, as well as before holiday dinners.

GABE DIP
Ingredients:
1 packet of ranch mix
1 8oz container of sour cream
1 package (8oz) cream cheese
1/2 jar diced jalapenos
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients and mix with a hand held blender.
Add 1 cup cheese and mix again.
Place dip in a container or serving dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Serve with crackers or veggies of choice.
I must add, everyone's tastebuds are different. With that said you can make this as mild or spicy as you please with the addition of the jalapenos. I also had a reader reach out and say that she adds parmesan instead of cheddar. She also adds a can of drained and chopped quartered artichokes. This is such a great recipe to enjoy anytime. Tag me @tailoredbytiff if you try it!!!!!
